14 Smart Phone free

'St Albans in Hertfordshire is attempting to become the first UK city to go smartphone-free for all children under 14.'

This week the Headteacher attended the Lewisham Leadership Forum. This happens each term and is an opportunity for Headteachers to discuss current topics and gather information on the latest education thinking and planning.

This week smartphones were an issue for discussion. At Kender we have offered to be part of a group of headteachers/senior leaders, tasked with producing a borough wide policy or approach on children under the age of 14 using Smart Phones.
